چکیده
細胞発生力顕微鏡は,細胞の明視野画像を得ることにより,その細胞が発生する力(traction force)を定量的に予測することができる.本技術は,従来のtraction force測定法に比べて圧倒的に高いスループットを実現しているが故に,定量化の難しいメカノバイオロジー研究において新しい展開を拓きうる.
