Anisotropy of transport properties in the Kondo compound CePt 2Si2 : experiments and theory

چکیده

2014 Measurements of the electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power and thermal conductivity from 1.5 to 300 K in single crystal CePt2Si2 are reported here. A theoretical model, based on the effective exchange Hamiltonian and taking into account the anisotropy of the conduction electron relaxation time, is also presented to explain the strong anisotropy observed in the transport properties of the cerium Kondo compound CePt2Si2.
