چکیده
Enter the text of your abstract here. This is a sample American Meteorological Society (AMS) LTEX template. This document provides authors with both a LTEX template and basic AMS formatting guidelines to be used when writing a paper. Authors should refer to the file amspaper.tex to review the actual LTEX code used to create this document. The amspaper.tex (or blank template.tex) file can then be modified by authors for their own manuscript. The abstract should be no longer than 250 words in length. The abstract should not contain any mathematical expressions, should include no footnotes or citations, and should not contain first-person sentence structure.

The Association of American Publishers (aap) Refe- Rence Manual on Electronic Manuscript Preparation and Markup Defines a Document As: Lifecycle-phases of Documents
What SGML (and TEX) is all about is given in a nutshell. Markup of example document elements, by SGML and LATEX, are provided. Coupling SGML to TEX is considered by direct translation and by the intermediate procedural markup phase. Interfacing SGML to (La)TEX is also addressed. Some guidelines are provided in order to decide when SGML, or TEX (alone, both, or neither) might be beneficial. It i...
متن کاملAn Audio View of (L)TEX Documents — Part II
ASTER — Audio System For Technical Readings — is a computing system that produces audio renderings from the same (L)TEX source used to produce the printed document. Raman (1992) described our preliminary work on this project. At the time, correct handling of user-defined (L)TEX macros was described as one of the key issues in building a fully extensible audio rendering system. ASTER (Raman, 199...

متن کاملDesign by Template in a Production Macro Package
The American Mathematical Society has been involved in the development of TEX from the beginning and began using it for journal production ten years ago; we now produce nearly all of our publications (a couple of dozen journals and book series) with TEX, using AMS-developed macro packages. One of the goals set for a major overhaul of the primary in-house macro package, begun in 1992, was to mak...
متن کاملThe TEX Wrapper Structure: a basic TEX document model implemented in iTEXMac
This presentation primarily concerns the high level user interface of the TEX typesetting system. In general, people find it difficult to work with TEX due to the powerful syntax, numerous auxiliary files created or managed, and the user interface that has very little in common with standard word processors. Moreover, sharing TEX documents with colleagues is often delicate as soon as some non s...
