Walking Pattern Simulation based on Virtual Reality Toolbox

چکیده

This paper presents the simulation of humanoid walking pattern using 3D simulator with Virtual Reality Toolbox. 3D simulator is essential for developing motion planning and navigation algorithm. By using the Virtual Reality Toolbox incorporated with MATLAB, it is easy and simple to handle 3D objects. Detailed program architecture is explained through a pseudo code. In addition, modifiable walking pattern generation method is introduced and tested using the developed simulator. In the simulator, 3D design data of humanoid designed using CAD program are used. Example walking pattern is also demonstrated.
