Agent Controlled Approach to Constraint Measure Stock Control & Secured Auto Purchase Order Processing through Trusted Suppliers

In this Universe, every task posses its own functionality. These functionalities may sometime induce an abnormal result rather than the expected one. The cause for these abnormalities may be anything either the intervention of the manpower or sometimes due to misfunctionalities of the computational process or automated machinery. To mitigate such abnormalities in the area where it experiences abnormalities, many counter acts have been proposed to resolve such abnormalities .Whatever the counter acts are being proposed, there arises some more flaws. Basing on such criteria only, there were many automated actions have been proposed in the e-commerce area to eradicate such misfunctionalities. In that sense, we framed a model related to an e-commerce which specifically based on the Supply and Demand, that generates a Re-order level(ROL) evaluation and control, auto-purchase order generation, auto-approval with the trusted supplier(s) in the enterprise without the inclusion and intervention of the manpower, which is a counter to the known literature, purchase order of products/goods in the enterprise is done manually/automatically using the records which generally consists of financial accounts of the product including the ordering strategy of the product. The criterion which we applied behind the model is, the agents which keep on scrutinizing the stock maintenance processing in the enterprise. By adopting this model in the enterprise, we can expect the minimum consumption of time, money and manpower. The ultimate use of this model makes an enterprise to grow exponentially both in production or sales and profit
