An Indexing and Clustering Architecture to Support Document Retrieval in the Maintenance Sector

چکیده
This paper shows the solution provided by D’Appolonia for the support to the maintenance companies and every other enterprise having the need to manage a large amount of electronic documents as textual files, pictures, and cad files. The architecture of the system involves indexing techniques, clustering algorithms and the use of ontologies. The final product will be a tool which helps the end-users to find documents, automatically organized into categories depending on the context (searched key words, topics, and industrial fields).
