Efficacy and Returns to Management Using Herbicide-- Resistant

چکیده

Experiments were established in 1999 to expand on the findings of 1997 and 1998 experiments that suggested corn hybrid yield potential was the most important factor to consider when making planting decisions. However, the previous experiments were conducted at only one location and contained only one hybrid for each herbicide resistant group. Many questions were raised concerning the validity of the previous results under different weed spectrums or planting conditions. In addition, further evaluations needed to be conducted using the higher yielding hybrids available within the herbicide resistant and conventional groups.
