Extended Quantum Color Coding
نویسنده
چکیده
The quantum color coding scheme proposed by Korff and Kempe [1] is easily extended so that the color coding quantum system is allowed to be entangled with an extra auxiliary quantum system. It is shown that in the extended scheme we need only ∼ 2 √ N quantum colors to order N objects in large N limit, whereas ∼ N/e quantum colors are required in the original non-extended version. The maximum success probability has asymptotics expressed by the Tracy-Widom distribution of the largest eigenvalue of a random GUE matrix. PACS:03.67.Hk Typeset using REVTEX 1

Fractal color image compression using vector distortion measure
In this paper, fractal monochrome image compression technique proposed by Jacquin is investigated for 24-bit true color image by encoding the RGB components' images independently. To exploit the spectral redundancy in RGB components, the root mean square error distortion measure in grayscale space is extended to 3-dimensional color space for fractal-based color image coding. Experimental result...

متن کاملQuantum chemical studies on adsorption of imidazole derivatives as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel in 3.5 NaCl solution
Adsorption of benzimidazole, 2-methylbenzimidazole and 2-aminobenzimidazole on mild steel in 3.5 NaCl solution was studied using density function theory DFT calculations. In this regard, charge transfer resistance Rct and double layer capacitance Cdl obtained by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy EIS were used to calculate surface coverage and to build prediction models. When prediction mod...
متن کاملApplication of Quantum Process Calculus to Higher Dimensional Quantum Protocols
We describe the use of quantum process calculus to describe and analyze quantum communication protocols, following the successful field of formal methods from classical computer science. We have extended the quantum process calculus to describe d-dimensional quantum systems, which has not been done before. We summarise the necessary theory in the generalisation of quantum gates and Bell states ...
متن کاملQuantum dense coding by spatial state entanglement
We have presented a theoretical extended version of dense coding protocol using entangled position state of two particles shared between two parties. A representation of Bell states and the required unitary operators are shown utilizing symmetric normalized Hadamard matrices. In addition, some explicit and conceivable forms for the unitary operators are presented by using some introduced basic ...
