چکیده
Head: Prof. Igor Muševič Our research program is focused on studying the structure and dynamics of disordered and partially ordered condensed matter at the atomic and molecular levels, with a special emphasis on phase transitions. The purpose of these investigations is to discover the basic laws of physics governing the behavior of these systems, which represent the link between perfectly ordered crystals, on one side, and amorphous matter, soft condensed matter and living systems, on the other. Such knowledge provides the key to our understanding of the macroscopic properties of these systems and is an important condition for the discovery and development of new multifunctional materials, nanomaterials and biomaterials for new applications. An important part of the research program is devoted to the development of new experimental methods and techniques in the field of magnetic resonance, magnetic resonance imaging, fluorescence microspectroscopy, scanning tunneling, electronic and atomic force microscopy, as well as dielectric relaxation spectroscopy and dynamic specific heat measurements.

Synthesis of MWCNTs Using Monometallic and Bimetallic Combinations of Fe, Co and Ni Catalysts Supported on Nanometric SiC via TCVD
Nanometric Carbid Silicon (SiC) supported monometallic and bimetallic catalysts containing Fe, Co, Ni transition metals were prepared by wet impregnation method. Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were synthesized over the prepared catalysts from catalytic decomposition of acetylene at 850°C by thermal chemical vapor deposition (TCVD) technique. The synthesized nanomaterials (catalysts and CNT...

The growth processes of Tetragonal single crystals of solid solution (Cd0.6Zn0.32Mn0.08)3As2, space group P42/nmc, has been synthesized by Bridgman method. Conductivity and magnetoresistance of (Cd0.6Zn0.32Mn0.08)3As2 were measured in the range 1.6K to 300K and in magnetic field up to 25 T. Crossover from Mott variable-range-hopping conductivity mechanism close to helium temperatures. In this w...
متن کاملGrowth of CNTs over Fe–Co/Nanometric TiO2 Catalyst by CVD: The Effects of Catalyst Composition and Growth Temperature
In this research carbon nanotubes were produced by chemical vapor deposition of acetylene over a mixture of iron and cobalt catalysts supported on nanometric TiO2 and the influences of two synthesis parameters: growth temperature and catalyst composition ratio on properties of end-product carbon nanotubes were investigated. The catalytic basis was prepared by wet impregnation ...
