Domain Modeling in the SFB 501

This document is a summary of the results of the domain analysis working group of the SFB 501. The goal of the working group was the development of a domain model which summarizes the experiences of the SFB within the building automation domain. The resulting model is a description of the relevant parts of this domain. In this report we describe the work done so far, i.e. we describe the process we used for the domain analysis and the technique used to describe the resulting model. In addition the first version of the domain model is given in the appendix of this document.
