Using Object And Object-Oriented Technologies for XML-native Database Systems

چکیده
The aim of this article is to explore and investigate possibilities of reuse already known techniques from object and objectoriented processing for effective processing in XML-native database systems. The article provides explanation of impedance problem, specifically impedance mismatch problem of the middleware, semi-orthogonal persistency methods, and also presents results of experiments with XML:DB API implementation over GOODS object persistent data storage and JAXB technology which were done in January 2006 on Dept. of Computer Science FEE CTU in Prague.

Apply Uncertainty in Document-Oriented Database (MongoDB) Using F-XML
As moving to big data world where data is increasing in unstructured way with high velocity, there is a need of data-store to store this bundle amount of data. Traditionally, relational databases are used which are now not compatible to handle this large amount of data, so it is needed to move on to non-relational data-stores. In the current study, we have proposed an extension of the Mongo...

Last year VLDB held a panel on “The Future Home of Data”. XML databases were one of the main contenders. Indeed, an explosive number of applications are migrating to XML. These applications span a wide variety of domains, including ERP, content management, publishing tools, financial research repositories, and more. Some applications use XML as a convenient way to share information, whereas oth...
متن کاملFormal transformation of spatiotemporal data from object-oriented database to XML
With the rapid development of the Internet, XML (Extensible Markup Language) is increasingly gaining acceptance as a medium for integrating and exchanging data. Meanwhile, object-oriented database has a strong ability to store data, XML can benefit greatly and specifically from database support and object-oriented database management system. Consequently, it is significant to exchange data from...
