Large Sphenoethmoidal Encephalocele Associated with Agenesis of Corpus Callosum and Cleft Palate
Basal encephalocele is a rare craniofacial anomaly. In the present paper we report a 10-year-old boy presented with cleft palate, congenital nystagmus, and hypertelorism.
