Some Examples of Rickard Complexes
نویسنده
چکیده
After a presentation of Brou e's conjecture for principal blocks with an abelian defect group, we describe a Rickard complex for GL 2 (q) arising from thè-adic cohomology of a Deligne-Lusztig variety, in accordance with the explicit form given by Brou e to his conjecture in the case of Chevalley groups in non natural characteristic.

Braid Group Actions via Categorified Heisenberg Complexes
We construct categorical braid group actions from 2-representations of a Heisenberg algebra. These actions are induced by certain complexes which generalize spherical (Seidel-Thomas) twists and are reminiscent of the Rickard complexes defined by Chuang-Rouquier. Conjecturally, one can relate our complexes to Rickard complexes using categorical vertex operators.
متن کاملA Comparative study of sport spaces in selected universities of the world
Nowadays, sport complexes are one of the most important parts of the universities that play a key role in improving the quality of studentschr('39') life and enhancing their desirable living standards, so that It is important to pay attention to the concept of forming these spaces throughout history and to suggest ways of promoting their position in universities and clarify their criteria and s...
متن کاملTilting Selfinjective Algebras and Gorenstein Orders
BY Rickard's fundamental theorem [8], the rings which are derived equivalent to a ring A are precisely the endomorphism rings of tilting complexes over A. A tilting complex T is a finitely generated complex of finitely generated projective modules, which does not admit selfextensions and which has the property that the smallest triangulated subcategory of D(A) which contains T also contains all...
متن کاملOn derived equivalences of lines, rectangles and triangles
We present a method to construct new tilting complexes from existing ones using tensor products, generalizing a result of Rickard. The endomorphism rings of these complexes are generalized matrix rings that are “componentwise” tensor products, allowing us to obtain many derived equivalences that have not been observed by using previous techniques. Particular examples include algebras generalizi...
متن کاملOn Equivalences between Blocks of Group Algebras: Reduction to the Simple Components
A conjecture of Michel Brou e states that if D is an abelian Sylow p-subgroup of a nite group G, and H = N G (D), then the principal blocks of G and H are Rickard equivalent. The structure of groups with abelian Sylow p-subgroups, as determined by P. Fong and M.E. Harris, raises the following question: assuming that Brou e's conjecture holds for the simple components of G, under what conditions...
