Contour Based Image Segmentation Process on a Parallel Vision Machine

This requires the parallelization of low and mid levels sequential process chains on specific machines. In this paper we present the implementation of a contour based image segmentation process on our parallel vision machine ?i.ansvision. Two approaches for the contour coding steps are discussed.
