2LD, GENECOUNTING and HAP: computer programs for linkage disequilibrium analysis

چکیده

UNLABELLED Computer programs are introduced which calculate pair-wise linkage disequilibrium statistics and conduct haplotype frequency estimation, including X chromosome data, and using a heuristic algorithm to handle multiple genetic markers and missing data.
