چکیده

General features of finite-time-stable (FTS) homogeneous differential inclusions (DIs) are investigated in the context of slidingmode control (SMC). The continuity features of the settling-time functions of FTS homogeneous DIs are considered, and the system asymptotic accuracy is calculated in the presence of disturbances, noises and delays. Performance of output-feedback multi-input multi-output homogeneous SMC systems is studied in the presence of relative degree fluctuations. The bifurcation of the kinematic-car-model relative degree is analyzed as an example.

Second Order Sliding Mode Observer-Based Control for Uncertain Nonlinear MEMS Optical Switch

This paper studies theuncertain nonlinear dynamics of a MEMS optical switch addressing electrical, mechanical and optical subsystems. Recently, MEMS optical switch has had significant merits in reliability, control voltage requirements and power consumption. However, an inherent weakness in designing control for such systems is unavailability of switch position information at all times due to t...

High-order sliding mode design based on geometric homogeneity and fast terminal sliding mode

A high-order sliding mode control algorithm is proposed for nonlinear uncertain systems based on geometric homogeneity and fast terminal sliding mode. Homogeneity approach used to stabilize the nominal system, and fast terminal sliding mode used to reject the uncertainty, are applied to constructing the controller. High-order sliding mode is established by the proposed algorithm, the boundary o...

Neuro-fuzzy Sliding Mode Controller Based on a Brushless Doubly Fed Induction Generator

The combination of neural networks and fuzzy controllers is considered as the most efficient approach for different functions approximation, and indicates their ability to control nonlinear dynamical systems. This paper presents a hybrid control strategy called Neuro-Fuzzy Sliding Mode Control (NFSMC) based on the Brushless Doubly fed Induction Generator (BDFIG). This replaces the sliding surfa...

Robustness of finite-time stability property for sliding modes

The paper is devoted to analysis of robustness of the finite-time stability property for discontinuous systems using the homogeneity framework. A short introduction into sliding-mode systems, homogeneity and finite-time stability is given. The main result connects the homogeneity degree of a discontinuous system and its type of robust stability. For robustness analysis the inputto-state stabili...

Designinga Neuro-Sliding Mode Controller for Networked Control Systems with Packet Dropout

This paper addresses control design in networked control system by considering stochastic packet dropouts in the forward path of the control loop. The packet dropouts are modelled by mutually independent stochastic variables satisfying Bernoulli binary distribution. A sliding mode controller is utilized to overcome the adverse influences of stochastic packet dropouts in networked control system...
