User Adaptive Network Information Service (band) -an Overview

چکیده
The article motivates the integration of user adaptive behavior into information services and describes BAND as a superstructure over merely database-oriented services. It presents the general architecture of BAND and describes a typical application scenario, a user adaptive TV-assistant. Eventually further possible domains are suggested where BAND's user adaptive behavior might improve present information systems.
