Anti-Forensics of Photo Response Non-Uniformity of Digital Images
نویسنده
چکیده
The digital image processing is to be used in Antiforensics of photo response non-uniformity of digital images. Fingerprints are one of those irregular twists of nature. The fingerprints are used for authentication and identification processes in forensic tasks such as detection of digital forgeries. Forensic tasks can to be performed in device identification problem, device linking problem, fingerprint matching problem. For random projections the compression technique is to be required with no information loss and to be measured by PRNU values. Fingerprint matching is still a challenging problem for reliable person authentication because of the complex distortions involved in two impressions of the same finger. Index Terms – Random projections, PRNU, image forensics, Wavelet compression.

Using Sensor Noise to Identify Low Resolution Compressed Videos from YouTube
The Photo Response Non-Uniformity acts as a digital fingerprint that can be used to identify image sensors. This characteristic has been used in previous research to identify scanners, digital photo cameras and digital video cameras. In this paper we use a wavelet filter from Lukáš et al [1] to extract the PRNU patterns from multiply compressed low resolution video files originating from webcam...
متن کاملA Study on the Photo Response Non-uniformity Noise Pattern Based Image Forensics in Real-world Applications
In this paper, we study Photo Response Non-Uniformity (PRNU) based image tampering detection methods and their applicability in real-world image tampering detection applications. Experiments using current PRNU based image forensic methods were conducted to evaluate the performance of existing methods in the realistic applications. The PRNU based forensic approach was tested on the images taken ...
متن کاملAnalysis of Sensor Photo Response Non-Uniformity in RAW Images
The focus of this paper is a review of a digital camera identification technique proposed by Lukas et al [1], and a modification of the denoising filter, allowing it to be used for raw sensor data. The approach of using raw sensor data allows analysis of the noise pattern separate from any artefacts introduced by on-board camera processing. We use this extension for investigating the reliabilit...
متن کاملEstimate of PRNU Noise Based on Different Noise Models for Source Camera Identification
Identification of the source that has generated a digital content is considered one of the main open issues in multimedia forensics community. The extraction of photo-response non-uniformity (PRNU) noise has been so far indicated as a mean to identify sensor fingerprint. Such a fingerprint can be estimated from multiple images taken by the same camera by means of a de-noising filtering operatio...
متن کاملCamera identification from printed images
In this paper, we study the problem of identifying digital camera sensor from a printed picture. The sensor is identified by proving the presence of its Photo-Response Non-Uniformity (PRNU) in the scanned picture using camera ID methods robust to cropping and scaling. Two kinds of prints are studied. The first are postcard size (4" by 6") pictures obtained from common commercial printing labs. ...
