A 47-year-old woman presented with shortness of breath and edema of lower limbs for 3 months. Echocardiography showed an iso-echoic lesion in the right atrium and IVC (Fig. 1a), while CT revealed an intensely enhanced mass in the region above (Fig. 1b and c). Debulking was successfully completed and histo-pathologic diagnosis is consistent with angiofibroma (Fig. 1d).
