Effiecient Synthesis of tetrazoloquinoxaline derivatives

Abstract:

Displacement reaction of 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline with secondary amines in boiling ethanol afforded it`s mono aminoquinoxaline derivatives. Further reaction of the latter compounds with sodium azide in warm dimethylsulfoxide achieved a group of 4-amino tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. 1HNMR spectra of these compounds are discussed.

Synthesis of Curcumin Derivatives

In this paper the synthesis of curcumin and curcumin derivatives is realised, based on the condensation of benzaldehydes substituted by acetyl acetone. The synthesis way is described and the obtained products are characterised in terms of substituted benzaldehydes, colour, melting point and elemental composition.

Synthesis of thiadiazine-3,7-diamine derivatives

New 1,5-tetra alkyl methyl- phenyl-1H-pyrimido[4,5-e][1,3,4]thiadiazine-3,7-diamine were synthesized via the cyclocondensation of 2-(5-bromo-2-chloro-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)-2-methylhydrazine with phenylthioisothiocyanate and further replacement of chlorine atom on the seven number position of pyrimido[4, 5- e][1, 3, 4]thiadiazin by appropriate secondary amines in simple and efficient methods.
