مطالعة فونستیک روی سن های میریده در بخش غربی استان کردستان طی سالهای 2016-2017 انجام شد. از نمونه های جمع آوری شده گونه Camponotidea saundersi (Puton, 1874) برای اولین بار در ایران گزارش میشود. در این مطالعه، توصیف جنس نر و ماده این گونه و کلید شناسایی برای گونه های گزارش شده جنس Camponotidea از ایران ارائه شده است. نمونه های جمعآوری شده در کلکسیون حشرات موزه تاریخ طبیعی دانشگاه گیلان نگهداری میشوند
