بررسی امکان گندزدایی سیرچه (Allium sativum) با استفاده از آب گرم علیه کنه گالی (Aceria tulipae)

یکی از آفات سیر در انبار و مزرعه، Aceria tulipae (Keifer),1938 می باشد. خسارت این آفت با ایجاد لکه های قهوه ای و فرورفته در گوشت سیرچه ها و پوک شدن آن همراه است. در سال های 88-1387 یک آزمایش به منظور بررسی امکان گندزدایی سیرچه ها با استفاده از آب گرم در استان خراسان شمالی انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق بیشترین تأثیر به ترتیب در دماهای 45، 40، 35 و 30 درجه سانتیگراد و زمان های 20، 15، 10 و 5 دقیقه حاصل شد. در عین حال با در نظر گرفتن صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی، وقت و احتمال آسیب کم تر به جنین حبه، تیمارهای آب گرم با دمایC° 35 به مدت 20 دقیقه و یا آب گرم با دمایC° 40 به مدت 15 دقیقه قابل توصیه هستند.
