مروری سیستماتیک بر کاربرد گیاه Ginkgo biloba در درمان اوتیسم

اختلال اوتیسم از جمله اختلالات دوران کودکی است که علیرغم شیوع پایین (8 در ده هزار کودک) به دلیل ایجاد اختلال شدید در حوزه‌های مختلف رشدی کودک شامل رفتار، زبان، علایق و تعاملات اجتماعی مورد توجه می‌باشد. اوتیسم از جمله اختلالات فراگیر رشد است که در آنها رشد مهارت‌های اجتماعی، زبان، ارتباط و ذخایر رفتاری با تأخیر و به صورت انحرافی صورت می‌گیرد. درمان‌های دارویی مکمل علاوه بر دارو‌های آنتی‌سایکوتیک در درمان اوتیسم استفاده می‌شود. جینکو بیلوبا گیاهی است با پیشینه‌ای کهن در استفاده در اختلالات مغز و اعصاب. در این مقاله ما مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده با جینکو بیلوبا در درمان اوتیسم را بررسی می‌نماییم.
