چکیده مقاله:

The old wishes of people were to regenerate lost tissues of periodontium that this fact is achieved by gen and cell therapy .Periodontal disease is a chronic inflammation around the tooth by microbes that causes destruction of supporting structure of tissue of tooth such as alveolar bone, cementum and periodontal ligament. For treatment of periodontal diseases we can use the biomaterials which help to regenerate the periodontal tissues like; autogenous bone grafts, allograft, guided tissue regeneration, enamel matrix derivatives and recently usage of growth factor was successful in different levels. There are some biological marker the process of progressive periodontal disease subsequently induce tissue injury. Nowadays we use scaffold for local treatment of tissue injuries and also stem cell could be used to cure intraosseous defects of jaws and others as repair of joints and cartilage, intervertebral discs, spinal lesion, myoblasts for heart stroke and retina. Unlikely the complete regeneration of periodontal tissues do not fulfilled. Key words: Periodontal, Tissue engineering, Regeneration, Stem cells.

Advanced Engineering Strategies for Periodontal Complex Regeneration

The regeneration and integration of multiple tissue types is critical for efforts to restore the function of musculoskeletal complex. In particular, the neogenesis of periodontal constructs for systematic tooth-supporting functions is a current challenge due to micron-scaled tissue compartmentalization, oblique/perpendicular orientations of fibrous connective tissues to the tooth root surface a...

Periodontal tissue engineering: A new paradigm for periodontal regeneration

Regenerative treatment of periodontal defects with an agent, or procedure, requires that each functional stage of reconstruction be grounded in a biologically directed process. With this paradigm, we contended the way of periodontal regeneration through the application of current knowledge in the fields of molecular and cell biology, developmental biology and tissue engineering principles as ap...

Tissue engineering in periodontal regeneration: A brief review

Periodontal disease is a major public health issue and the development of effective therapies to treat the disease and regenerate periodontal tissue is an important goal of today's medicine. Regeneration of periodontal tissue is perhaps one of the most complex process to occur in the body. Langer and colleagues proposed tissue engineering as a possible technique for regenerating the lost period...
