Biological effects of two eco-friendly novel formulations of a pyrethroid insecticide lambda-cyhalothrin on the parasitoid wasp Trissolcus grandis (Thomson)

سن گندم Eurygaster integriceps Puton ، مهم‌ترین آفت گندم و جو در ایران و خاورمیانه می‌باشد. کنترل شیمیایی این آفت باید با استفاده از حشره‌کش‌های انتخابی به‌منظور حفظ و حمایت از دشمنان طبیعی آن از جمله زنبور Trissolcus grandis (Thomson) انجام گیرد. در این تحقیق اثرات کشندگی دزهای توصیه شده مزرعه‌ای دو فرمولاسیون جدید لامبداسی‌هالوترین شامل کاراته زئون® (CS 10%) و هف لامبدا ®(SC 5%) روی مرحله بالغ و مراحل نابالغ رشدی T. grandis تحت شرایط آزمایشگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تماس زنبورهای بالغ با غلظت‌های توصیه شده برای سمپاشی با هر دو حشره‌کش باعث ایجاد 100% تلفات گردید. تخم‌های پارازیته شده شامل سن یک لاروی (سومین روز پارازیتیسم)، سن دو لاروی (پنجمین روز پارازیتیسم) و مرحله‌ی شفیرگی (هشتمین روز پارازیتیسم) در محلول حشره‌کش‌ها غوطه‌ور شدند. در تخم‌های غوطه‌ور شده در هر دو حشره‌کش در همه مراحل نابالغ رشدی، بیشترین درصد خروج زنبورهای ماده بالغ T. grandis در فرمولاسیون SC 5% مشاهده شد. تیمار تخم‌ها با هر دو حشره‌کش در مراحل مختلف نابالغ رشدی زنبور پارازیتوئید هیچ اثر منفی روی فعالیت پارازیتیسم آن‌ها نداشت. بنابراین، هف لامبدا® به‌دلیل اثر منفی کمتر در تعداد حشرات بالغ خارج شده بعد از تیمار تخم‌ها با محلول حشره‌کش انتخابی‌تر می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر، هف لامبدا® می‌تواند به عنوان حشره‌کش انتخابی کم‌خطر و دوست‌دار محیط در مدیریت سن گندم مدنظر قرار گیرد.
