چکیده مقاله:

Background: Detection of fetal sex is valuable for parents. The aim of this study was detection of fetal sex in suspect cases recessive related to sex disease in first trimester of pregnancy. Material and method: After collecting C.V samples and separating from mother’s samples, their DNAs have been extracted, then doing PCR, finally the sex of them detected. Also, after increase in sensitivity of system will be able to detection sex of a cell that obtain by PCR. A statistical analysis was made using the fisher test. Results: sex of 74 samples chorionic villous detected by PCR only success to related with many family for following, but also the sex was correct. After increasing in sensitivity of system, detected the sixteen fetuses that was in different stage cellular. Also detected two unfertilized ovum and fertilized ovum but no divided. Conclusion: Sex detection of fetus before delivery, in first trimester of pregnancy will be preventing to new born patient babies, and also decrease the love and relation between mother and her newborn. It can be used in detection of recessive sex related disease in IVF cases for sex detecting and transfer female fetus to her mother. Another application is for control of population. This optimized molecular which designed based on amelogenin target, detect sex in blood samples C.V single cell PCR with high sensitivity & specificity.

Fetal sex determination of macaque monkeys by a nested PCR using maternal plasma.

Non-invasive fetal sex determination is required for biomedical studies, in which some sexual difference would be expected in fetal events, in order to make a choice of male or female fetus. To detect male fetal DNA of the sex-determining region Y gene (SRY) in maternal macaque plasma, nested real-time PCR using the SYBR Green system was developed. In all cases of pregnant macaques with male fe...

sex determination of human fetus using nested-pcr

introduction: one of the goals of modern genetics is to develope safe prenatal diagnostic tests which do not constitute any risk to the fetus. one potentially non-invasive approach for doing so is to obtain fetal material from the maternal circulation. in this study we obtained rlaternal blood from the pregnant women and tried to determine sex of fetus by nested-pcr. material and methods: to de...

Leptospirosis Diagnosis Using Nested-pcr

Leptospirosis is a worldwide sanitary problem. Its clinical signs resemble that of other diseases like Dengue and Flu, and it is difficult to distinguish between them. Currently available diagnostic methods shown low sensitivity and specificity. Efforts have been made to develop simpler, faster and more efficient diagnostic methods. The aim of this work was to evaluate and optimize a Nested-PCR...

Sex determination of sika deer (Cervus nippon yesoensis) using nested PCR from feces collected in the field.

We describe a method for determining the sex of sika deer (Cervus nippon yesoensis) from feces collected in the field. Using a nested polymerase chain reaction (nested PCR), partial sequences of the sex determination region of the Y chromosome (SRY) gene and X zinc finger protein (ZFX) gene were amplified. In 19 individuals with sex information, the correct sex was successfully detected and seq...
