چکیده مقاله:

آلرژی غذایی نوعی پاسخ غیر طبیعی نسبت به یک ماده غذایی بوده که بدن آن را مضر تلقی می نماید. بعبارت دیگر آلرژی غذایی شرایط خاص فیزیولوژیکی است که با سیستم ایمنی بدن دخالت دارد.
