چکیده مقاله:

بیمارستان ها سازمان هایی شامل ساختار اداری پیچیده و گروههای حرفه ای متعددی می باشند. بنابراین بروز تضاد بین اشخاص، گروهها و ادارات این سازمان قابل پیش بینی بوده و بدیهی است که موضوعی قابل توجه جهت مدیران سازمان های بهداشت و سلامت باشد، زیرا شناسایی منابع ایجاد تضادها می تواند در ارائه راهکارهای مؤثر جهت حذف یا تعدیل بسیاری از آنها مؤثر باشد. در برخی از کشورهای جهان جهت دستیابی به شرایط مدیریتی بهینه و به حداکثر رساندن عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء کیفیت ارائه مراقبت های بهداشتی مطالعات متعددی در مورد شناسایی تضادهای سازمانی موجود در مراکز بیمارستانی صورت گرفته است.
