Research on Education needs of parents who their children Suffer "Asthma" refering to a Clinical - Training Center in Rasht

چکیده: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی والدین کودکان مبتلا به آسم مراجعه کننده به یکی از مراکز آموزشی - درمانی شهر رشت و ارائه طرح مراقبت از کودک براساس یافته های پژوهش بود. . در این پژوهش ۹۶ نفر از والدین کودکان مبتلا به آسم شرکت داشتند. داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه و به روش مصاحبه در یک نوبت جمع آوری گردید. پرسشنامه شامل سه بخش بود: بخش اول شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک (مشخصات فردی و اجتماعی کودک و والدین) و عوامل مؤثر بر بروز حملات، بخش دوم شامل تعیین نیازهای آموزشی واحدهای مورد پژوهش در مورد ماهیت بیماری شناخت بیماری و عوامل ایجاد کننده بیماری) و بخش سوم شامل تعیین نیازهای آموزشی واحدهای مورد پژوهش در مورد مراقبت از کودک و نحوه مصرف دارو، فعالیت های روزمره و ورزشی، پیشگیری از بروز حملات بیماری و مهارتهای عملی هنگام بروز حمله آسم بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که ۹۰/۶ درصد والدین در زمینه شناخت بیماری، ۵۶ / ۳ درصد در زمینه عوامل ایجاد کننده بیماری و در کل ۸۷/۵ درصد در زمینه ماهیت بیماری نیاز به آموزش داشتند. در ارتباط با تعیین نیازهای آموزشی والدین در مورد مراقبت از کودک نتایج نشان داد که در زمینه نحوه مصرف دارو (۸۴/۴ %)، در زمینه فعالیت های روزمره و ورزش (۱۰۰%)، در زمینه پیشگیری از بروز حملات بیماری (۹۶/۶ ٪)، در زمینه مهارتهای عملی هنگام حمله آسم (۹۰/۶ ٪ ) و در کل در زمینه مراقبت از کودک ( ۹۶/۹ ٪) نیاز به آموزش داشتند. همچنین آزمونهای آماری ارتباط معنی داری را بین نیاز آموزشی والدین در زمینه مراقبت از کودک و سن نشان داد ( ۰/ ۰۰۱ =P)، نهایت نتایج نشان داد که ۹۲/ ۲ درصد والدین در زمینه ماهیت بیماری و مراقبت از کودک نیاز به آموزش داشتند. با استناد به یافته های پژوهش و نیازهای آموزشی والدین، طرح مراقبت از کودک نیز تهیه و ارائه شد.
