The Impact of Globalization of Culture on the Position of General Diplomacy of Iran's Foreign Policy

Globalization of culture as an aspect of globalization exerts more influence than other aspects on the analysis of general or cultural diplomacy of Iran's foreign policy. Globalization of culture paves the ground for the expansion of communications and modern technologies and to transform the government from the sole player of foreign policy into the main player. In other words, with the expansion of general diplomacy as a tool of soft power it will become a priority in Islamic republic of Iran's foreign policy to reinforce unity among neighboring and Muslim countries. This article tries to study the impacts of globalization of culture on Iran's foreign policy from the viewpoint of general diplomacy.
