Survey Mother's Practice for Prevention of Neonatal Infection

مقدمه: دوره نوزادی از مهمترین و آسیب پذیرترین دوره های زندگی به شمار می رود و عفونت عامل بیش از ۳۰ درصد مرگ و میر دوران نوزادی می باشد. هدف: این بررسی به منظور تعیین عملکرد مادران در پیشگیری از عفونتهای نوزادان بستری در مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهر رشت در سال ۱۳۸۳ انجام گرفت. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی ۲۰۰ نفر از مادران نوزادان بستری در بیمارستانهای ۱۷شهریور و الزهرا (س) رشت به طور تصادفی انتخاب گردیدند . بزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی و پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد والدین (در حیطه پیشگیری از عفونتهای تنفسی، عفونتهای ادراری تناسلی، عفونتهای پوست و مخاط و صورت، عفونتهای بند ناف) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد اکثریت مادران در مورد پیشگیری از عفونتهای تنفسی( 1. ۸۳ / ۵ )، عفونتهای ادراری (۷۳/۵ ٪)، عفونتهای پوست و مخاط وصورت(۶۱ / ۵ ) و عفونتهای بندناف (۶۷/۵ ٪) دارای عملکرد نامطلوب بودند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق که نشان داد ۸۱ درصد مادران عملکرد نامطلوب داشتند بنابراین لزوم برنامه ریزی جهت آموزش و مشارکت مادران در مراقبت صحیح از نوزادان امری ضروری می باشد.
