تعداد 58 جمعیت از دو گونه Eremopoa persica و E. songarica متعلق به خانواده Poaceae از طایفه Festuceae (Poacea) از لحاظ ریخت‌شناسی در ایران بررسی شد، همچنین، عدد کروموزومی 7 جمعیت شمارش شد که اعداد میتوزی شمارش شده 14n=2 و 21n=2 برای E. persica و 28n=2 برای E. songarica در سه سطح دیپلو-، تریپلو- و تتراپلوئید مشاهده شد. بر اساس مشاهدات حاصل پیشنهاد گردید که دو گونه معرفی شده Eremopoa persica و E....
[ 9 ] - بررسی سیتوتاکسونومی جنس Leucopoa Griseb. از خانواده Poaceae در ایران
در این مطالعه سیتوتاکسونومی جنس Leucopoa Griseb. در ایران مطالعه شده است. این جنس در ایران واجد دو گونه L. sclerophylla و L. psedosclerophylla است. تاکنون گزارش کروموزومی در مورد گونه‌های این جنس ذکر نشده است. در این مطالعه، تعداد 3 جمعیت متعلق به دو گونه فوق بررسی شده‌اند. مطالعات، عدد پایه 7=x و سطح پلوئید 42=x6=n2 و همچنین، کاریوتیپ تقریباً نامتقارن را برای گونه‌های این جنس نشان دادند.
