[ 2 ] - اختلالهای الگوی خواب در پرستاران بیمارستانهای منتخب زنجان
این مطالعه به منظور شناسایی اختلالهای الگوی خواب در پرستاران دو بیمارستان زنجان انجام شد. از 177 پرستار مورد بررسی، %66 اختلال در به خواب رفتن، %55 وقفه در خواب، %37 خواب مداوم کمتر از 6 ساعت و %68 احساس خستگی بعد از بیدار شدن از خواب داشتند. لذا پیشنهاد میشود آموزش شیوههای مقابله با تبعات منفی نوبت کاری در تأمین بهداشت حرفهای پرستاران گنجانده شود.
