بیان موقت، یکی از روش‌های موثر برای تایید کارایی پیشبرها در بیان ژن هدف در گیاهان است. در پژوهش حاضر، بیان آنتی‌ژن سطحی هپاتیت ب (HBsAg) در کنترل پیشبر دایمی CaMV35S و همچنین پیشبرهای اختصاصی بافت میوة گیاه گوجه‌فرنگی (E8 و 2A11) بررسی شد. بدین‌منظور از روش آگرواینفیلتریشن در بافت‌های برگی گیاه توتون و گوجه‌فرنگی و همچنین میوة گیاه گوجه‌فرنگی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که دو پیشبر اختصاصی ...
