The purpose of this research is the simulation of the maize function to scenario of climate change to the present and future. So to survey the region climate, daily data, maximum and minimum temperature, precipitation and radiation have been utilized during the period of (1987-2016). In order to simulating of climate in future, firstly the date of IPCM4 model under scenario and 30’s and 50’s wi...

Introduction Simulation models are frequently used to evaluate the effects of the energy and other economic sectors on the environment, safety, and other areas of concern. In many important contexts, such as risks of global climate change and risks of accident at nuclear power plants, key model parameters cannot be empirically estimated, and so values are obtained by expert judgment. While it s...

Uncertainty about compliance costs causes otherwise equivalent price and quantity controls to behave differently and leads to divergent welfare consequences. Although most of the debate on global climate change policy has focused on quantity controls due to their political appeal, this paper argues that price controls are more efficient. Simulations based on a stochastic computable general equi...

Languages evolve, undergoing repeated small changes, some with permanent effect and some not. Changes affecting a language may be independent or contactinduced. Independent changes arise internally or, if externally, from non-linguistic causes. En masse, such changes cause isolated languages to drift apart in lexical form and grammatical structure. Contactinduced changes can happen when languag...

This study represents part of a project by the Global Change and Terrestrial Ecosystem Soil Erosion Network to validate wind erosion models. Soil loss measurements from 46 storm events from eroding fields in six states were compared to predictions from the Wind Erosion Prediction System (WEPS) erosion submodel. The field data were collected from small (2.5 ha), circular, cropland fields with no...

Here we illustrate several uses of the package gaga, including simulation, differential expression analysis, class prediction and sample size calculations. In Section 1 we review the GaGa and MiGaGa models. In Section 2 we simulate gene expression data, which we use to fit the GaGa model in Section 3. Diagnostics for model goodness-of-fit are presented in Section 4. Section 5 shows how to find ...

One of the most important Limitation General Circulation Models , Large scale are being simulation of climatic variables. So should With Various method are downscaled, The ability to have identified a study area. Choose a suitable GCM model for the study area Very important role In the simulation  parameter (precipitation) is intended for future. In this research of CMIP5 Models Contains BCC-CS...

This paper investigates the mechanism of water transportation through aquaporin-4(AQP4) of ratbrain cells by means of molecular dynamics simulation with CHARMM software. The AQP4 wasembedded into a bilayer made of Dimystroilphosphatylcholine (DMPC). The results illustrate thatwater molecules move through AQP4's channel with change of orientation of oxygen of eachwater molecule.

Climate change has direct and indirect consequences on crop production and food security. Agriculture and cropproduction is one of the factors which depend on the weather conditions and it provides the human requirements inmany aspects. The objective of this study is to assess the impacts of future climatic change on irrigated rice yieldusing the CERES-Rice model in the Southern Coast of Caspia...
