Background High rates of non-psychotic psychopathological symptoms have been observed in clinical population at clinical high risk (CHR) for psychosis. These comorbid disorders affected the baseline functional level of CHR patients. However, little is known about the comorbid mental disorder in CHR individuals in non-clinical adolescent population. This study aimed to investigate the comorbid m...

CHR is a very versatile programming language that allows programmers to declaratively specify constraint solvers. An important part of the development of such solvers is in their testing and debugging phases. Current CHR implementations support those phases by offering tracing facilities with limited information. In this paper, we propose a new trace for CHR which contains enough information to ...

Graph transformation systems (GTS) and constraint handling rules (CHR) are nondeterministic rule-based state transition systems. CHR is well known for its powerful confluence and program equivalence analyses, for which we provide the basis in this work to apply them to GTS. We give a sound and complete embedding of GTS in CHR, investigate confluence of an embedded GTS and provide a program equi...

Constraint Handling Rules (CHR) is an elegant, high-level programming language based on multi-headed, forward chaining rules. To ensure CHR propagation rules are applied at most once with the same combination of constraints, CHR implementations maintain a so-called propagation history. The performance impact of this history can be significant. We introduce several optimizations that, for the ma...

Channelrhodopsin (ChR) is a light-gated cation channel derived from green algae. Since the inward flow of cations triggers the neuron firing, neurons expressing ChRs can be optically controlled even within freely moving mammals. Although ChR has been broadly applied to neuro-science research, little is known about its molecular mechanisms. We determined the crystal structure of chimeric ChR at ...

Compounds that have the formula M(NR)(CHR')(OR″)(Pyrrolide), where OR″ is "large" relative to NR and M = Mo or W, have been shown to be Z-selective olefin metathesis catalysts. In this communication we report a new route to Mo complexes in which the relationship between NR and OR″ has been reversed; i.e., the imido ligand is the sterically demanding 2,6-dimesitylphenylimido ligand (NAr*).

CHR-2797 is a novel metalloenzyme inhibitor that is converted into a pharmacologically active acid product (CHR-79888) inside cells. CHR-79888 is a potent inhibitor of a number of intracellular aminopeptidases, including leucine aminopeptidase. CHR-2797 exerts antiproliferative effects against a range of tumor cell lines in vitro and in vivo and shows selectivity for transformed over nontransfo...

The convex hull relaxation (CHR) method (Albornoz 1998, Ahlatçıoğlu 2007, Ahlatçıoğlu and Guignard 2010) provides lower bounds and feasible solutions on convex 0-1 nonlinear programming problems with linear constraints. In the quadratic case, these bounds may often be improved by a preprocessing step that adds to the quadratic objective function terms that are equal to 0 for all 0-1 feasible so...

Constraint Handling Rules (CHR) is a rule-based language to specify application-oriented constraint solvers. CHR requires a host language that provides the basic constraints used in a CHR program. In this paper, we argue that an integrated functional logic language like Curry is an appropriate host language for CHR since it supports a natural formulation of constraint handling rules and a seaml...
