in this paper the concept of metacompactness in l-topologicalspaces is introduced by means of point finite families of l-fuzzy sets. thisfuzzy metacompactness is a natural generalization of lowen fuzzy compactness.further a characterization of fuzzy metacompactness in the weakly inducedl-topological spaces is also obtained.

In this paper, the Urysohn, completely Hausdorff and completely regular axioms in $L$-topological spaces are generalized to $L$-fuzzy topological spaces. Each $L$-fuzzy topological space can be regarded to be Urysohn, completely Hausdorff and completely regular tosome degree. Some properties of them are investigated. The relations among them and $T_2$ in $L$-fuzzy topological spaces are discussed.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of L-fuzzybilinear operators. We obtain a decomposition theorem for L-fuzzy bilinearoperators and then prove that a L-fuzzy bilinear operator is the same as apowerset operator for the variable-basis introduced by S.E.Rodabaugh (1991).Finally we discuss the continuity of L-fuzzy bilinear operators.
