In this paper, we prove that the open Gromov–Witten invariants defined in [20] on K3 surfaces satisfy Kontsevich–Soibelman wall-crossing formula. One hand, gives a geometric interpretation of slab functions Gross–Siebert program. On other hands, coincide with weighted counting tropical discs. This is an analog corresponding theorem toric varieties [26][27] but compact Calabi–Yau surfaces.

Compact disc versions of the frequency (pitch) and duration pattern tests are reported. Results are similar to previous reports on these tests using taped materials. Mean performance of normal-hearing young adults for both pattern perception tests was approximately 90 percent. There was no effect of the two presentation levels used in this study. The compact disc version of these tests provides...

Vehicle roll direction and occupant position have been shown to affect occupant kinematics. Data from NASS-CDS were analyzed for risk of serious or greater injuries and ejection with respect to the position of the occupant (near side or far side). The risk of AIS 3+ injuries was higher for unrestrained occupants, for ejected occupants, for occupants involved in rollovers with higher numbers of ...

In this paper, buckling of cylindrical grooved shells under axial load has been examined by theoretical and experimental methods. The shell is made of USA/API – X42 5L steel standards. This material is one of the most common materials used in gas, oil and petrochemical industries. The effect of spiral grooves on cylindrical shell was analyzed, and the results obtained from the Abaqus software w...

This study was carried out to verify if composites could be bleached using chlorine dioxide as compared with hydrogen peroxide. 3M ESPE Filtek Z350 Universal Restorative discs were prepared (n=40), with dimensions 5 mm diameter x 2 mm thickness. The discs were divided into 4 groups of 10 discs each. Color assessment was performed by CIEDE2000. The discs were stained with coffee, tea, wine and d...

To determine the involvement of cathepsins G and L in the mechanism of spontaneous resorption of herniated intervertebral discs, localization of these cathepsins in this process was examined immunohistochemically using a rat model of autologous transplantation of coccygeal discs. Rat coccygeal discs were resected and autotransplanted into the subcutaneous space of the skin of the back. Paraffin...

Using fluorescent polarization immunoassay, in vitro absorption and elution of gentamicin by noncross-linked collagen discs was measured. This technique was compared with that of cross-linked collagen shields and topical drops to provide adequate gentamicin levels in the cornea and aqueous humor of the rabbit eye. In vitro results showed that the noncross-linked collagen discs absorbed increase...

How is the visual system able to maintain object identity as the objects or the eyes move? While many early studies have shown small or no influence of feature information on this correspondence process, more recent studies have shown large feature effects. Here we investigated if this incongruity might be due to the distance over which the feature influence has an effect. We used a variation o...
