nuchal cord یکی از علل دیسترس جنینی است . میزان شیوع آن در کتابهای مرجع زنان و زایمان حدود 25درصد ذکر شده است . هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان شیوع و عوارض ناشی از nuchal cord در بیمارستان معتضدی کرمانشاه است . از نتایج آن اینست که میزان شیوع 21/4درصد است . متغیرهای دیگر مورد نظر دفع مکونیوم 17/9درصد و دیسترس جنینی 8/2درصد است .
