目的:观察改良后路腰椎体间融合术(PLIF)治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月我院收治的62例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象,按照是否行改良PLIF治疗将患者分为对照组(31例:行传统PLIF治疗)与实验组(31例:行改良PLIF治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组患者术后3个月总有效率(96.77%)显著高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后半年视觉模拟VAS评分以及Oswestry生活功能障碍指数(ODI)均优于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎管狭窄症患者改良PLIF治疗效果明显优于传统PLIF治疗效果。
