We give the first polynomial-time algorithm for checking whether the Galois group Gal (f) of an input polynomial f(X) ∈ Q[X] is nilpotent: the running time of our algorithm is bounded by a polynomial in the size of the coefficients of f and the degree of f . Additionally, we give a deterministic polynomial-time algorithm that, when given as input a polynomial f(X) ∈ Q[X] with nilpotent Galois g...

Binayak et al in [1] proved a fixed point of generalized Kannan type-mappings in generalized Menger spaces. In this paper we extend gen- eralized Kannan-type mappings in generalized fuzzy metric spaces. Then we prove a fixed point theorem of this kind of mapping in generalized fuzzy metric spaces. Finally we present an example of our main result.

The aim of present paper is to study a constrained programming with generalized $alpha-$univex fuzzy mappings. In this paper we introduce the concepts of $alpha-$univex, $alpha-$preunivex, pseudo $alpha-$univex and $alpha-$unicave fuzzy mappings, and we discover that $alpha-$univex fuzzy mappings are more general than univex fuzzy mappings. Then, we discuss the relationships of generalized $alp...

In this paper, the notion of the normal level sub HX group is introduced. We discuss the properties of normal level sub HX groups of a bipolar fuzzy normal HX subgroup of a HX group under homomorphism and anti-homomorphism. We construct examples of two-step and three-step nilpotent Lie groups whose automorphism groups are “small” in the sense of either not having a dense orbit for the action on the Lie group, or being nilpotent (the latter being stronger). From the results we also get new examples of compact manifolds covered by two-step simply connected nilpotent Lie groups which do not admit Anosov automorphisms...

We analyze the complexity of ascendant sequences in locally nilpotent groups, showing that if G is a computable locally nilpotent group and x0; x1; : : : ; xN 2 G, N 2 N, then one can always …nd a uniformly computably enumerable (i.e. uniformly 1) ascendant sequence of order type ! + 1 of subgroups in G beginning with hx0; x1; : : : ; xN iG, the subgroup generated by x0; x1; : : : ; xN in G. Th...

Let $\Sigma$ be a compact oriented surface. The Dehn twist along every simple closed curve $\gamma \subset \Sigma$ induces an automorphism of the fundamental group $\pi$ $\Sigma$. There are two possible ways to generalize such automorphisms if $\gamma$ is allowed have self-intersections. One way consider `generalized twist' $\gamma$: Malcev completion whose definition involves intersection oper...

The Chermak–Delgado lattice of a finite group G is self-dual sublattice the subgroup G. In this paper, we focus on groups whose an elementary abelian p-group. We prove that such are nilpotent class 2. also that, for any p-group E, there exists E.

Let G be a permutation group of set ? and k positive integer. The k-closure is the greatest (w.r.t. inclusion) subgroup G(k) in Sym(?) which has same orbits as under componentwise action on ?k. It proved that finite nilpotent coincides with direct product k-closures all its Sylow subgroups.
