観光周遊行動において嗜好は大きく異なるため,異質性を前提とすることが求められる.そこで,Inverse shortest paths problem（ISP）により,立ち寄り回数が0となるようなトラベルコストの閾値を表す観光地の効用を推定する手法を提案する.本研究では,嗜好の同質性と異質性をそれぞれ仮定したモデルを構築し,観光客全体に共通する効用と各個人の効用をそれぞれ推定する.そして,モバイル位置情報データから構築した山形県の観光周遊データへ適用することで,"万人受け"している観光地や"ニッチ"な観光地が明らかになる.提案手法は,トラベルコスト法の観点からISPにより周遊施設の価値を求める新手法であり,個人の嗜好に即した観光プロモーションの立案に貢献する.
