In this paper, we introduce amodifiedMann iterative process for approximating a common fixedpoint of a finite family of strict pseudo-contractions inHilbert spaces. We establish the strong convergence theorem of the general iteration scheme under some mild conditions. Our results extend and improve the recent ones announced by many others. © 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

We introduce a general iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the common fixedpoint set of an infinite family of λi-strict pseudocontractions and the solution set of a general system of variational inclusions for two inverse strongly accretive operators in a q-uniformly smooth Banach space. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem for the iterative sequence generated by the prop...

in the present paper, we introduces the notion of integral type contractive mapping with respect to ordered s-metric space and prove some coupled common fixed point results of integral type contractive mapping in ordered s-metric space. moreover, we give an example to support our main result.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of a w-compatible mappings and utilize the same to discuss the ideas of coupled coincidence point and coupled point of coincidence for nonlinear contractive mappings in the context of complex valued metric spaces besides proving existence theorems which are following by corresponding unique coupled common fixed point theorems for such mappings. Some illus...

Weobtain necessary and sufficient conditions to guarantee strong convergence proposed algorithms withoutclosedness domain such mappings. Moreover, we derive some consequences from our main res...

In this paper, we introduce fruitful concepts of common limit range and joint common limit range for coupled mappings on modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. An illustrations are also given to justify the notion of common limit range and joint common limit range property for coupled maps. The purpose of this paper is to prove fixed point results for coupled mappings on modified intuitio...

This paper presents a new data representation known as Dual FiXedpoint (DFX), which employs a single bit exponent to select two different fixedpoint scalings. DFX provides a compromise between conventional fixed-point and floating-point representations. It has the implementation complexity similar to that of a fixed-point system together with the improved dynamic range offered by a floating-poi...

Since a number of signal processing algorithms requiring the EVD of a symmetric matrix are implemented on fixedpoint DSPs, there is considerable interest in matrix diagonalization algorithms that can be implemented in fixed-point arithmetic. We propose modifications to the Jacobi Cyclic Row algorithm that favor a fixed-point implementation. We then compare the eigenvalues and eigenvectors obtai...

I give short and constructive proofs of Tarski’s fixedpoint theorem, and of Zhou’s extension of Tarski’s fixed-point theorem to set-valued maps.

This correspondence considers error analysis of blockimplemented 2-D digital filters. Expressions for error bound and meansquare error for roundoff error accumulation are derived using fixedpoint arithmetic, and compared with the results obtained usingordinary 2-D difference equations.
