استفاده از لایه فیدر و سایتوکین ها سبب افزایش خود تجدیدی و مهار تمایز سلول های بنیادی خون ساز می شودلذا ما بران شدیم تا در حضور لایه فیدر تغییرات بیان ژن های p53 و c-myc و mirnas این ژن ها را بسنجیم . لذا با استفاده از تکنیک real-time pcr بیان ژن های p53 و c-myc و mir-22 ،mir-145،mir-34a و mir-33a را سنجیدیم. در حضور لایه فیدر بیان ژن ها و mirnas تغییراتی از خود نشان دادند.
