フジテレビでは日本全国の情報カメラ映像を収録し，地震発生時には即座に地震映像の送出を実現する災害情報カメラ収録システム「TOREZO」を開発した．従来の情報カメラ映像システムはフジテレビへ素材を集約することから中央集約型であり，映像が1ヵ所に集中するため災害耐性が低かったが，ハイブリッドクラウドでの実装により，災害に強いシステムを構築することができた．系列局すべての情報カメラ映像をクラウドにより共有することで，局間の素材伝送などの人的・設備的負担を軽減すると同時に，系列局全体の災害放送能力の増強に成功した．地震映像の切り出しにおいては，従来の地震速報データに加えてリアルタイム震度情報を活用することで，高速かつ高精度での切り出しを実現することができた．本システムにより，日本全国の情報カメラ映像の収録から，地震映像の切り出し，送出システムへのファイル転送までが自動化され，速報性が向上した．
