Bisimulations have beenwidely used inmany areas of computer science tomodel equivalence between various systems, and to reduce the number of states of these systems, whereas uniform fuzzy relations have recently been introduced as a means to model the fuzzy equivalence between elements of two possible different sets. Here we use the conjunction of these two concepts as a powerful tool in the st...

In this paper,we introduce a new verifiable multi-use multi-secretsharing scheme based on automata and one-way hash function. The scheme has theadversary fuzzy structure and satisfy the following properties:1) The dealer can change the participants and the adversary fuzzy structure without refreshing any participants' real-shadow. 2) The scheme is based on the inversion of weakly invertible fin...

fuzzy logic has been developed over the past three decades into a widely applied techinque in classification and control engineering. today fuzzy logic control is one of the most important applications of fuzzy set theory and specially fuzzy logic. there are two general approachs for using of fuzzy control, software and hardware. integrated circuits as a solution for hardware realization are us...

Automata theory plays a key role in computational theory as many computational problems can be solved with its help. Formal grammar is a special type of automata designed for linguistic purposes. Formal grammar generates formal languages. Rough grammar and rough languages were introduced to incorporate the imprecision of real languages in formal languages. These languages have limitations on un...

Classical automata theory cannot deal with the system uncertainty. To deal with the system uncertainty the concept of fuzzy finite automata was proposed. Fuzzy automata can be used in diverse applications such as fault detection, pattern matching, measuring the fuzziness between strings, description of natural languages, neural network, lexical analysis, image processing, scheduling problem and...

In this paper we study two-way min-plus automata. We prove that two-way distance automata are equivalent to one-way distance automata. In the second part of the paper we show that, with general min-plus semirings, it is decidable whether every accepted word has a weight different from −∞ and that, in contrast, it is undecidable whether there exists a word accepted with a weight different from −∞.

Fuzzy Cellular Automata (FCA) are special couple map lattices that generalize Boolean cellular automata by allowing continuous values for the cell states. The local transition rule of a FCA is the “fuzzification" of the disjunctive normal form that describes the local function of the corresponding Boolean cellular automata. Recently there has been some interest in elementary Fuzzy cellular auto...

Some uniform categorical theoretical treatment of automata and lattice-valued fuzzy automata using quantale theory is studied in this paper. First, L-relational sheaves on a monoidM andQ-enriched categories are introduced for quantales L andQ, the equivalence of the corresponding categories are proved next. Then lattice-valued (fuzzy) automata are described by Q-enriched categories. In fact, la...

This paper describes a general fuzzy min-max (GFMM) neural network which is a generalization and extension of the fuzzy min-max clustering and classification algorithms developed by Simpson. The GFMM method combines the supervised and unsupervised learning within a single training algorithm. The fusion of clustering and classification resulted in an algorithm that can be used as pure clustering...
