The genus Odontosphex Arnold, 1951 is newly recorded from Central Asia. A new species, leleji sp. nov. , described and illustrated based on males Turkmenistan (Badkhyz Nature Reserve, Eroyulanduz valley). Keys to females of all known species are provided.

A new species of Dysdera Latreille, 1804 is described from the South-Western Kopet Dagh, Turkmenistan, on basis both sexes. The compared to its closest congener kronebergi Dunin, 1992, and tentatively assigned D. asiatica species-group.
