Perturbation of logarithmic conformal field theories is investigated using Zamolodchikov’s method. We derive conditions for the perturbing operator, such that the perturbed model be integrable. We also consider an example where integrable models arise out of perturbation of known logarithmic conformal field theories.
Through the main example of the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck semigroup, the Bakry-Emery criterion is presented as a main tool to get functional inequalities as Poincaré or logarithmic Sobolev inequalities. Moreover an alternative method using the optimal mass transportation, is also given to obtain the logarithmic Sobolev inequality. The improvement in the temporal resolution of seismic data is a critical issue in hydrocarbon exploration. It is important for obtaining more detailed structural and stratigraphic information. Many methods have been introduced to improve the vertical resolution of reflection seismic data. Each method has advantages and disadvantages which are due to the assumptions and theories governing their ...
In the analysis of Bernoulli's variables, an investigation of the their dependence is of the prime importance. In this paper, the distribution of the Markov logarithmic series is introduced by the execution of the first-order dependence among Bernoulli variables. In order to estimate the parameters of this distribution, maximum likelihood, moment, Bayesian and also a new method which called the...
The 2-dimensional logarithmic number system (2DLNS), a subset of the multi-DLNS (MDLNS), which has similar properties to the classical Logarithmic Number System (LNS), provides more degrees of freedom than the LNS by virtue of having two orthogonal bases and has the ability to use multiple 2DLNS components, or digits. The second base in 2DLNS can be adjusted to improve the representation space ...
objective: yield components and genetic contribution have the most important in final yield and breeding programs of crop plants. for this purpose, 20 varieties of grapevines with russia origin were evaluated in urmia and takestan research station (under full irrigation and drought stress). methods: twenty grapevine genotypes were evaluated in urmia and takestan research station (under full irr...
Starting from first principles, a constructive method is presented to obtain boundary states in conformal field theory. It is demonstrated that this method is well suited to compute the boundary states of logarithmic conformal field theories. By studying the logarithmic conformal field theory with central charge c = −2 in detail, we show that our method leads to consistent results. In particula...

It has recently been shown that the logarithmic barrier method for solving nite-dimensional, linearly constrained quadratic optimization problems can be extended to an innnite-dimensional setting with complexity estimates similar to the nite dimensional case. As a consequence, an eecient computational method for solving the linearly constrained LQ control problem is now a vailable. In this pape...
A very useful multi-objective technique is goal programming. There are many methodologies of goal programming such as weighted goal programming, min-max goal programming, and lexicographic goal programming. In this paper, weighted goal programming is reformulated as goal programming with logarithmic deviation variables. Here, a comparison of the proposed method and goal programming with weighte...
