فرضیه این پژوهش عبارتست از: آموزش مفاهیم دینی رضا و توکل به خدا به صورت گروهی، موجب کاهش اضطراب کلی، اضطراب آشکار و اضطراب پنهان دانش آموزان دختر مضطرب می شود. روش تحقیق: روش نیمه تجربی روش نمونه برداری: خوشه ای تصادفی یافته های تحقیق: نتایج آزمون t-test ، در مورد اضطراب کلی، اضطراب پنهان و اضطراب آشکار نشان می دهد که مقدار t بدست آمده در سطح آلفای 0.05 از مقدار t جدول (1.96) بزرگتر است.
