The results on the deep low dispersion (1250 A/mm at H , 30 < l < 165 , 195 < l < 210 , jbj < 5 ; 7000 A/mm at A band, 50 < l < 115 , b=0 , b=3.5) spectral surveys of the MILKY WAY are presented.
